GNE HMP has rapidly expanded across Indonesia since its inception, and with extensive experience in the health food industry, the company has significantly grown its presence in other Asia Pacific regions. In 2005, GNE HMP Malaysia was established and served as the research and development center and manufacturing headquarters; while GNE HMP Singapore established in 2013, acts as an international trading and servicing center.
Beyond just being a health food company, GNE HMP actively educates people on adopting a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet and appropriate exercise. Additionally, the company is a strong advocate for naturopathy and provides an alternative way to treat or prevent diseases without relying on drugs. Amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, GNE HMP seized a valuable opportunity to venture into the online retail business and strengthen its digital presence across diverse e-commerce channels, such as Shopee and Lazada, in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. As a result, GNE HMP has built a massive online customer base and plays a prominent role in the health food industry.
In 2023, GNE HMP demonstrated its unwavering commitment to esteemed customers by introducing an exclusive online program tailored for end consumers. To support the program’s success, GNE HMP established a dedicated office, GNE I-Trading (also known as GNE e-Dagang), driving an innovative GNE C2C sharing platform. Improving life quality and wellbeing of people.
The story starts from a very small island named Pulau Langkawi, which also known as the Jewel of Kedah. Blessed with its gift from Mother Nature, this island is the home of sea cucumber. It is also known as “Ginseng of the Sea” because it has long been used as food and traditional medicine in Asian countries due to its amazing healing effect. The species, Stichopus variegatus is covered in gold colour. Having inspired by the colour of Stichopus variegatus, our founder decided to name the brand as “Gold-G”.
Gold is associated with love, passion and magic, and it often symbolizes high quality. Hence, the brand name “Gold-G” was born. This brand name is fully reflected GNE founder’s true passion when he started GNE, which is to provide high quality health food that works magically in our body and make it accessible to everyone from different social class.
