- 1 slice Wholewheat Bread
- 1 Banana (small, sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instruction
- Take 1 slice of bread and spread peanut butter evenly
- Put a few banana slices on it, and dressing with 1 tablespoon of Tualang honey.
- Put it into an air fryer to cook at 170 °C for 3-5 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon of chia seed before serving.
